Signature Design & Made-to-Order Pieces
Custom and made-to-order items are built to your specific brief, dimensions, or design consultation. By placing a Signature Design order, you acknowledge that:
- Production begins only after your specifications are confirmed.
- Such orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.
- These pieces are final sale unless received defective or damaged, as outlined in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy.
Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
