What are Indleaf products made from? Every piece is crafted from premium botanical-grade materials engineered to replicate the texture, color depth, and movement of real foliage, without the upkeep. Each leaf and stem is designed to hold its form and color for years.
Are your plants suitable for outdoor use? Select pieces from our Creepers & Greens and Green Walls collections are UV-treated and suitable for covered outdoor spaces such as balconies, patios, and porches. Please check individual product pages for indoor/outdoor suitability, or contact us if you’re unsure — we’re happy to advise based on your space.
Will the color fade over time? No. Our materials are engineered with UV-resistant properties specifically to prevent fading, even with prolonged sunlight exposure — one of the core reasons architects and designers choose Indleaf for long-term installations.
Do I need to water or maintain these plants? None at all. That’s the entire point. A light dusting or occasional wipe-down with a damp cloth is all that’s needed to keep your arrangement looking fresh.
Customization & Signature Design
Can I get a custom size or arrangement made for my space? Yes. Our Signature Design service is built exactly for this — bespoke installations tailored to your dimensions, color palette, and interior style. Reach out to care@indleaf.com with your space details and vision, and our team will guide you through the process.
How long does a custom order take? Custom and made-to-order pieces typically take longer than our ready-to-ship collection, as each is built individually. Estimated timelines will be shared with you at the time of order confirmation.
Can I request a specific pot, planter, or mounting style? For Signature Design orders, yes — this is part of the bespoke consultation. For our standard collection, product pages specify what’s included.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking for a smooth, secure checkout.
Are your prices inclusive of taxes? Yes, all listed prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. There are no hidden charges at checkout beyond any shipping fees, which are always shown clearly before payment.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? Orders can be cancelled or modified free of charge before they are dispatched. Once shipped, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy. Made-to-order Signature Design pieces cannot be modified or cancelled once production has begun.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you currently ship? We currently ship across India. For trade, bulk, or international inquiries, please contact us directly.
How long will my order take to arrive? Typically 3–8 business days depending on your location, after a 1–2 day processing window. Full details are available on our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.
How can I track my order? You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy? Ready-to-ship items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Made-to-order Signature Design pieces are final sale unless defective. Full details are on our Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy page.
What if my item arrives damaged? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
Do your products come with a warranty? Our pieces are engineered for long-term durability. If you experience any material or manufacturing defect within a reasonable period of normal use, reach out to us and we’ll make it right.
